Not in love? Returns are super easy.

Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.

Please note — swim tops, bottoms, one pieces and accessories can only be returned online

Gift orders will continue to receive a printed gift receipt and personalized gift message.

RETURNS


You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 40 days from the shipping date. After 40 days, we will no longer accept returns.


EXCHANGE


We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. ClothingZone does not cover international return shipping costs.

Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items. Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are final sale.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto an eGift Card. Nice and simple.

How to Request a Return

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Note: A return postage fee of $45.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

Follow the steps below to complete online returns for online purchases.

Reach out to ClothingZone with the following information: your order number, items you’d like to return, address and phone number. They will email you a return label along with any other required shipping documents.

Pack your items securely in a box and stick the Return Label on top (if you’re using the box we sent your order in, make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered).

Drop off your package at your local FedEx Authorized Shipping Centre. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email.

When your refund is complete, we’ll email you right away and let you know. Aritzia does not refund duties or taxes.

RETURNING MULTIPLE ITEMS FROM SINGLE ORDER

If you’re returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use one Return Label (even if they arrived in separate shipments or boxes). The Return Label used must match the order for the items you’re returning.

1.RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Return&Exchange are available for quality issues or damages.Report any defects within 48 hours of receiving the products.
  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned with their original boxes.
  • All items must be returned in one package.
  • Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US
  • Customized productscannot be exchanged or returned unless there were defects when you received it.
  • Before delivery, we usually send the pics for appearance confirmation .

The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).But we will afford the second time shipping fees.

We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.We don’t accept the return such as you purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item etc

You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange; you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.
